So I'm just going to say as far as being a male I get the stigma which goes back to the whole gender role thing and what a male is suppose to embody. Just being a human and with that comes all kinds of emotions. Just by virtue of being a male doesn't make you less human or mean you have to set certain feelings aside otherwise you'll get that roller-coaster you were talking about. Then the other thing too is having a judgemental free zone to express yourself.
