Nice Vid, If you are gonna play at 1080p, you could limit the fps to 30 using the container settings to avoid the weird stutters. Also, I am almost certain my S23 Ultra wouldn't perform anywhere near that well, Did you put the game in C drive ? I heard it gives games a good performance boost but I never bothered to try it.

Emulation 15~20 FPS is normal bro. You will never get 30FPS stable for now. Maybe Next 10 years later it'll be possible. Just like psp and dolphin.

Even a locked 1080p 30fps can be achieved with low settings! This game is also, really good. Go ask @ArkhaLightDrifter, they love that game, and I can see what they're talking about. Plus, the game is on GOG at half off currently, and I'd actually recommend buying it (there's even a free demo on the GOG store!). Overall, highly recommended and fully playable.
