NewsPod AI is a research prototype product of Big Blue Ceiling and Eddie Offermann. It retrieves news and information from realtime sources, analyzes them using AI, providing summaries and additional background information, provides additional context, and for some types of information provides additional commentary from varied perspectives.

While effort is made to (usually very effectively) eliminate or limit AI hallucinations or misinformation, it should be noted that as a research product in AI, it's always possible for NewsPod to provide inaccurate information, either because of shortcomings in the AI or because of inaccuracies in the sources we use to generate the reporting.

Simulated commentary is offered by AI personalities who state their background and positions but these are not real people and any resemblance to persons living or dead is entirely coincidental.
