In the 80's I Went To The Troubadour And Watched A Band Called "WRATHCHILD"-Shannon Played Drums For The Band. There Were 20 People In The Room & They Tore It Up. Shannon Was Awesome That Night. So Glad Shannon Is Still Plugging Away, Great Drummer!
Shannon is one of the most technically creative and focused drummers out there. He’s also a genuinely personable nice guy. I had the pleasure of cutting his hair once. Being a drummer myself he shared how he got interested in playing and that his Mom was also a hairstylist when he was growing up.
His voice does nothing for me . But I’m glad for him. He looks great and healthy, I’m not sure if John is alive, I know Tom, is gone, just heard about him, good luck Greg . John York.

He played at my nieces wedding in Clearwater a few years ago, you come to the reception and the whole stage is set up and you are thinking how many musicians are in this band and then TL comes out, plays every instrument, videos in background and it was the best show ever! We actually had to have an intermission during the wedding reception! He truly is amazing!!!
Sure wish Tampa Police would look more into Ronnie's "suicide".

I used to see them at the OP in Ormond also known as The Other Place. I saw them there numerous times and actually would try to see them every night they played. One night Greg Allman came onstage and jammed with the band. Seeing Greg Allman and Stranger together for $3 cover? Can’t beat that. They’ll always be in my top ten favorite bands live especially.
I couldn’t attend because my husband passed away unexpectedly. I enjoyed going and seeing Greg and the band perform. Many great memories during my life time Thank you
May God Rest your husband’s soul. Very sad to hear you lost him. God bless you and I’ll say a prayer for you and your husband.

I spent many a night in TB clubs watching Stranger. Their music just clicked with me. I was fortunate enough to get to know Ronnie Garvin a bit as he was my local guitar idol. His death really shook me up. When Greg continued on with Damn the Torpedoes and then the Greg Billings Band, it was almost therapeutic in supporting them. It's so weird to think of a Tampa Bay music scene without Greg performing. I wish him all the best in his future & THANKS for the memories.
Does anyone really believe that Ronnie really committed suicide. With a shotgun... days before he started a new job as a session muscian in Nashville?
I couldn’t attend because of work but I’ve seen Stranger in Greg Billings Band on many many occasions. Greg always brings it. I would love to see more of the Abraham Billings Band. Greg is my favorite vocalist of all time and I will love anything he does.

I love that the bass player is wearing a rock-it club t-shirt. Was stationed at macdill afb from April 1988 until September 1990 and loved the rock-it club and Stranger and the band "intimate acts"
