Hi Angie!! 💖 So good to hear from you girl!! YES, putting deco at the top just always takes the spread to the next level, I think it's such an easy way to make sure it looks good. And OMG I feel the same way about the grey boxes in the lined vertical. I wish they were colorless or in nice pastel or bright colors. I remember one of the first planners I got was the Celebrate Lined Vertical planner in a classic size and the boxes at the top were all in beautiful rainbow colors. I really miss the bright and fun planners from the Happy Planner!

Playful Pups has been great so far!! I'm very happy with the lined vertical so far, I was wondering if it was going to work for me or not but I'm happy to report that it is going well! And yes absolutely, it's completely normal to miss weeks in your planner, after years of planning I've definitely come to realize and accept that. I definitely used to get stressed out about missing weeks and I felt like I had somehow failed but it really is completely OK to miss weeks. Hi Cecilia! Aww thanks so much, I'm so glad you got motivated to get back into it!!! It is definitely tough to leap back in, esp the longer it's been, so give yourself a lot of grace but don't give up! I'll be cheering you on from the sidelines!! And actually I don't use any microphone, I was actually going to comment on your earlier video where you talked about people saying you have a quiet sound, I actually don't think your videos are particularly quiet, I can hear them fine, esp if I turn up the sound, but I don't feel the need to play them at max volume. But a handy trick I use, if you don't do this already, is to increase the sound on the video editor you use. I always dial up my sound 400% because I have a quiet voice hahaha so that is an option!

OMG Good Luck with your PhD, it really was such a difficult thing for me but I am glad I challenged myself and completed it. My advice is to diversify your portfolio and skill set during the process and not to put off living your life outside of academia while you complete it. It can be all-consuming if you let it. It's true!! For some reason my brain doesn't want to think it's "enough" of an exercise, I should just let that mindset go though. It really is an excellent exercise! 🩷

I use the Fitbit Versa 3 and I do not connect it to Samsung Health App personally, I just use the FitBit App. I didn't realize they are phasing the basic ones out, that's unfortunate! I like the ones with the clock faces on them so I never had a basic one. Although honestly the Versa2 was a better experience than the Versa3, the app was less bug-gy and it just handled much smoother. I hope they improve on the Versa3 in the next generation!

Hey Angie! 🩷 OMG Yes I know I need to change my mindset about walking, I always think it's not "enough" because I am so used to doing the MOST and running for miles and lifting weights, but walking IS really excellent exercise and I need to understand that hahaha 😊 It really is the foundation of health and when I'm not feeling capable of running, I can always talk a walk and like you said, it's also about getting outside and walking my pugs. Oh shoot, it definitely happens, we all have periods where we gain weight and we have to double down on being intention about losing it and reigning in our habits and overconsumption. I am the same way about weighing every day, it helps me keep on track and be aware of where I am. It allows me to not be "shocked" when I step on a scale. It helps me learn to accept the number for what it is and focus more on lifestyle and health. I know you can drop the pounds you want to, I believe you can do it! Good luck and stay focused. hahaha yeah the pugs are always following me around, trying to see what I am up to. Daisy especially. I love seeing these speeded up sequences when I'm editing and seeing exactly what my pugs are up to, because I don't notice them as much when I'm focused on a project like this!
