Spatial Biology of Tumor Microenvironments for Clinical Biomarker Development and Therapy Prediction
Alex is currently an Instructor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and an incoming Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Maryland. He is also the Associate Director of the Spatial Molecular Profiling Core Facility at Cedars-Sinai. His research focuses on studying the spatial biology of the tumor immune microenvironment in order to propose novel biomarkers to predict clinical outcomes, and novel therapies to improve clinical outcomes.

    What a wonderful introduction to Spatial Transcriptome! Thanks for the speaker who introduce 10X ST, cell2location. But the speaker is using Seurat V3 rather than V4 as an example, I wondering that the V4 would have a better way (WNN) to implement multi-omics integration.
