SUGAR HILL is SOOOOOOO underrated. I bring it up all the time and am surprised how many people haven't seen it. Better than New Jack City in my opinion. Although I LIKE New Jack City....its go some plot holes. LIke the Carter....that's a STUPID business plan. The WHOLE operation in one place? Membership cards? Corporate office IN THE Crack house. Fun to watch BUT if you think about it too much the set up don't make sense.
