Be careful where there are narrow beaches with cliffs and lots of driftwood on the beach, like parts of WA state. Ths tide can come in fast and you can't get around the cliffs to return to your starting point. It's scary out there.

Stayed for a week with my family. Massive queues to get into breakfast and the restaurants. 7 restaurants but only 3 or 4 open. Service was terrible at all eateries. Food was nothing special.. Staff totally miserable. Pool big but not cleaned properly due to its size. Beach small. We had a sea view 2 bedrooms room which was excellent. Beautiful grounds. Not impressed for the price we paid. We live in Kingston and have been to much better hotels at the beach in Jamaica which cost much less. fFinal,opinion. Overpriced and disappointing for the huge price we paid.

I remember staying here it was the best resort I have ever been too. I will love to go back but gotta find a partner first lol cause going to these places is more fun with someone. Anyone that goes here you should go you will enjoy as a couple guarantee.

I got hit by one there in 09. Folded me in half backward and broke my back. A friend found me and pulled me out of the water. I laid on the beach for 45minutes and got hypothermia before I could sort of walk again. (I had no idea my back was broken)

Blame it on the Juan de Fuca plate.
