Housing prices will continue to rise and will only stall temporarily until these two major fixes.

I keep watching the same story about why home prices are are so expensive, But I think everyone is lying about home prices. I think we hear a lot about the symptons of high prices, and some ancillary causes. But what are the real reasons and is there anything we can do about it? Ill give you a hint, California is a major abuser of it.

The crime statistics in Rancho Cucamonga may be skewed as the Sheriff's Department often will not take a crime report or they'll put up many obstacles to having a crime report formally filed. This statistical bias may be motivated by a desire to make the Sheriff's Department look better and by real estate interests trying to keep property values high. Generally speaking, I believe Rancho Cucamonga is relatively safe, but I have attempted to report crimes and no report was filed due to their stonewalling.

most crime now in Cucamonga is burglury via access to the 210 freeway. on a whole its pretty safe but back in the day it used to be dangerous around the rancho and ontario boundary in the early 90,s.

Come On! The reason why it is nice is because there are less black neighborhoods in these areas which means better class and cleaner safer neighborhoods. Blacks & Hispanics make the neighborhoods ghetto with gang activity in which these groups have already ruined LA for the last 30 years. Take a look at South Central, it used to be white middle class before the 60's. Face the facts. Black people make the area ghetto. Don't get me wrong there are good and bad in every ethnic group and as matter of fact the best peo people I met in my life were blk folks but that is the older generation the new generation is worse so don't call my comment racist. You have to accept facts are facts and there's no denying it. 🤷‍♀️

Relative to California, Fontana has a crime rate that is higher than 40% of the state's cities and towns of all sizes. Show the ghetto all over, the thousands of homeles everywhere! How do I know? Lived in the "West End" as a kid from '90-'98. Good times, lots of parks and open space. At that time it was known as "Heritage Village" or "Village of Heritage". This is the first time I'm hearing it called West End. We were in the Etiwanda School District and spent much more time in Rancho Cucamonga than in other parts of Fontana. The 210 wasn't finished yet and not sure if North Fontana even existed then.
