Can I suggest using youtube as a tool and doorway to inspire you to get out independently into nature hiking, cycling, mountain biking, sailing, scuba diving, back-packing, thru hiking, travelling, fishing, climbing etc etc. Things that get you away from the social crowds and parties and famous people into nature to find yourself and what you are capable of. These may be traditionally male preoccupations but there are many independently minded women youtube vloggers who show this can be done. Let them inspire you to independence as you inspire people to play chess. Join a club for the activity to build your confidence and independence to learn that you are competent and able to look after yourselves away from the comforts of the city. You may relish the complete break from chess and the chess world that going out into nature will give you.
