I’ve been conceal carrying since I was 18 (I’m only 20 now) in Indiana, gotten pulled over many times with my firearm and they never thought twice about it. If your gun is legal and it’s constitutional carry usually the same rules apply with a gifted firearm to some that’s 18. It’s federal law to buy a gun from a licensed dealer not a 3rd party, you can buy a firearm from a 3rd party dealer at 18 legally. 🍻
