There are three bus routes going to the central city bus exchange, #3 #8 #29. All routes take about 25 minutes to 30 minutes. The number 29 route usually has newer electric buses. If you want to save some money catch the #3 or #29 bus from Spitfire Square instead of at the airport terminal. Spitfire Square is about a 12 minute walk from the terminals😀

So turn an 11min train ride from international to central into a longer walk to a bus that is less frequent than the train, than a 25min bus ride via domestic terminal then another walk to mascot station to then wait for a 6min train trip to central. Think I’d just pay the access fee and have a quicker and simpler trip.
