Great collation guys, a great listen and you raised many excellent points. Honestly though, when is enough , enough ? Lighting bolt signings, sponsorship dollars and support busting the ceiling , and this boardroom kangaroo look at me I have an iPad and clipboard folder old out of touch fools are kicking us all in the nuts just as our most important season in 20 years is only weeks away ? Rubbish . We are the sleeping giants of the nrl , everybody knows it , the wests tigers can be everybody’s team, but we all need to be going in the right direction together as the wests tigers . I have been a fan of the Tigers for forty years , we just need to stop the rot and kick on !

We need Harry Trigaboff to buy the club. HBG gives 2 million to Wests Tigers. Tax right off. Seems like HBG isn't that interested in the football club,more making money.

Accountability won't happen with the HBG board set up. Seems like any directors involved with the club for the last 15yrs, needs to move on. Because clearly they have failed the football club.

Gary nailed it. Romero has to answer questions on why threaten O'Farrel with legal action? Thats all about power and seems Romero is controlling the power.

HBG is a corporation and Wests Tigers a franchise. If they can't behind the leagues club, then sell the franchise as is. Valued at 40mill and this year,HBG won't have to sign a cheque.

Who is controlling Romero? Burgess a yes man. Is it just Romero? Is it due diligence or HBG powers to be.If Romero has nothing to hide,come out and give us information about this situation.

The review and petition is partly a waste ,if HBG hijack the review recommendations.

Romero seems not to agree with the review process. Why is Romero silent on posting a club statement. If they can sack directors on New Years Eve then why not a post,like she shut down the Wests Magpies rumours.

HBG don't want to implement the review in full. Romero slowed the process on the review and now it seems HBG doesn't want to accept all recommendations. Maybe why these 3 have been suspended as they were pushing it. We are getting 2 sides of the story,so its not straight forward,who's at fault. Yes HBG has the power and it seems they are parnoid about the review.

Shame we haven't got these guys on the Board.

My aunty lives a 2min walk away from Leichhardt oval, I've been going to Leichhardt since i was in a pram, i now live in Qld and i fly down for the first Leichhardt game every year without fail!! Leichhardt oval is my favourite place on the planet!! But I'm a WestsTiger now and its incredibly frustrating to see this club start looking like it was on the up then have this nonsense pop up. This is going to rear its ugly head again during the season when we're on a lean streak, you can guarantee the grubby journo's will bring this up.

I'm reading that some of the allegations that got Rick Wayde and the other 2 banned date back to 2020. You'd think they would've come up in the independent review if that were true

Don't recall Wayde being against the debenture holder system until more recently - i.e. since he's had a bit of trouble come his way. I find it hard to believe he's genuine about a lot of the stuff he's saying. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Were any of you in such a tizz when Gary Leo was talking about wanting out of the joint venture? I doubt it. The interview reminded me of the type of interview Trump gets on FAUX News. But at least you invited Romero to come on and be ambushed. Well done. Joint ventures do not work. How many times does that need to be proven? All you've done here is spout the same nonsense that we have been fed for the last 10 years. Be patient - we are rebuilding. And with every rebuild there was a marquee signing (or two) that was going to lead from the front and lift the club up. How has that turned out so far? Meanwhile, the club is never referred to as Wests but as the Tigers - and worse still, by some media as Balmain - with Leichhardt Stadium often being referred to as the Wests Tigers spiritual home. Give me a break. It is the spiritual home of an extinct club - not Wests Tigers - and therein is one of the key issues. No home at all. Spiritual or otherwise. Just a band of gypsies. And yes, the magpie on the jersey.... disappeared but even before that, you'd need a microscope and a hunting party to find it. Wests Ashfield and the NRL should do the right thing and end the misery, get rid of the leach that looks like tiger and base the club in the middle of the biggest NRL Nursery there is. It is appalling and borderline class warfare that the Macarthur area has no team in the NRL. Those kids deserve to be able to represent their own area in the national comp. If it happened, the team would easily rival Penrith. The Macarthur Magpies has a nice ring to it, don't you think?

Too much angst and finger pointing at the club we need a united board and front office which will reflect all the way through the club. We have recruited well in the past and have still failed to succeed on the field. I guess it’s true what they say winning starts at the front office and until we are united as one we will continues to remain stagnant at best

Balmain Tigers is a tremendous team, they have history, identity and a legacy. To me the merger needs to include a 50/50 team mascot. That is old Balmain Tiger logo with the name Balmain and Western Suburbs on the Magpie. Both should be equal 🟰 like a coat of arms. Both clubs with their 1908 year of birth. Recognition both clubs in the merger needs to be respected and acknowledged.

Don’t want Magpies to repeat the history of the Bears and Sea Eagles merger, where all commentary teams of media act like it never happened. A part of history that is never accepted by the NRL, to which is why Bears are going through difficulties in being reintroduced in the NRL as a result of that merger. Secondly Magpies and Tigers are both foundation 1908 clubs that formed the league. The Tigers managed to meet the top 14 clubs during the criteria in the end of 1999 season. So Tigers merged with the Magpies to strengthen the two teams. I love both the Magpies and Tigers as self identified clubs. They have tremendous history and I wish Balmain Tigers can be reintroduced as NSW Cup team. We need to revive Balmain Tigers for the inner-west of Sydney.

Dennis Burgess looks like a clown, and acts like one too. He is not qualified to be on a board of a football club.
