      ​@michelekurlan2580 ok will that is your opinion if you want to believe it but I have done lots of 7days and 5days 10 days 14 days work outs and they do work with in that time but I do 30 minutes I don't just do the 5 or 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 minutes like they tell you to do
