Season 4 was the worst televised watch in my life. This is not entertainment it's the hopelessness of the demented minds who wrote it.

I just finished my thoughts on this. I wanted to walk out of the abomination they're calling a remake of The Crow, but I was with someone else and they paid for my ticket. Anyway, these were my thoughts. The Crow (1994), directed by Alex Proyas and starring Brandon Lee, is a hauntingly beautiful film that blends gothic style with visceral action, giving birth to a dark and tragic tale of love, loss, and vengeance. The movie’s visuals-rain-soaked streets, dim neon lights, and decaying urban landscapes-created a brooding atmosphere that captured the spirit of the 90s grunge era. But at its core, The Crow was more than just a stylized revenge thriller; it was a heartfelt story, anchored by Lee’s magnetic performance as Eric Draven. His portrayal was powerful, fueled by raw emotion, and his tragic passing during filming only amplified the film’s melancholy resonance. My favorite episode of LP yet!

I just got done watching it and I'm still letting it wash over me, but I gotta say I thought it was pretty Meh. Like a 5/10 mediocre movie. It's not bad and I don't regret watching it and it didn't annoy me, I just thought it was Meh. The cameos were a bit of a hit or miss. I didn't like Channing Tatum's Gambit. It just felt like, "Oh, that's Channing Tatum, he's in this movie, I guess". And that's not how one should feel about a character. I should have felt like, "Oh man, Gambit is in this!? Awesome!!" and I pretty much felt the same way about seeing Toad, Sabretooth, Lady Deathstrike, and the Juggernaut as I did about Gambit. It just made no sense. Why were they all in the void? It just felt forced and contrived almost every time a new cameo was on screen. I think there should have been a lot less of them. And the humor was really hit or miss, too. Some of the jokes I cracked a smile, maybe even a little giggle, but most of the jokes were, again, Meh. The action scenes were hit or miss as well. There were a couple of really good ones, but then the one with all the shaky cam was incoherent and the final battle with all the Deadpool variants was just dumb. It never really felt like there was any stakes. To have Peter show up and save the day was sooooo lame. And the way they defeated Cassandra Nova was lame. They weren't even in the same room as her!? WTF who came up that little tidbit of screenplay? In the end, I was disappointed, but it's still worth the watch. This, in no way, "saved Marvel" for me, though.
