Completely pointless and a waste of time if you make a video for deep sleep that you interrupt with commercials every five minutes. JUST when I drifted off, I was jarred awake! Won't using and won't recommend.

What you hear is the carrier wave. Humans can only hear from 20hz to 20000hz so you don't actually hear the 1hz with your ears, but your body hears the frequencies.

Misleading, not a black screen.

If you’ve ever seen an oldschool tv you can switch to channels with no signal and hear static… that’s white noise, it blocks out other unwanted sounds and helps with sleep.

how do i know if it works ?

These are isochronic tones right?

I like this but because I cast to my TV its not dark screen. Its more like n illuminated grey screen with an annoying bright white star. It keeps me awake. Please make the screen completely black. Or make 2. One for day map and one for night. Thanks!
