Listening to your videos today I learned something new. As a Certified English teacher, it is interesting that what I learned is a new word or term - neurodiverse. LOL, I am definitely going to study this deeper as understanding this is crucial to my tutoring business. I always try to understand my students' learning styles and create lessons based on how they will learn. I taught a 10th grader geometry once by putting the lessons in the context of baseball which he loved. It totally worked and he passed with a B. When we first started his grade was a D. His mother was very thankful for my help. :-D

I agree that parents and other adults should take what their kids say seriously and not blow them off. Sexual abuse of a child is extremely damaging. Never make the victim feel less than or that they are at fault. Big Kudos for how you protected your children. Also, agree that the church needs to step up and walk in discernment. Learn how to bring healing and deliverance to both sides, including those in the spheres of influence. It will take more than the offender saying, "I'm sorry. I won't do it again" and the victim being expected to forgive them and being told, "That is the end of the matter." No, it is not the end, even if it is a true beginning. There is a reason the offender is doing what they are doing. They need deliverance, healing, and supervision. The victim needs deliverance, healing, and support from safe adults. Everyone in their spheres of influence needs healing at the very least. The church is truly lacking in this area, but I believe that the Lord is cleaning house. Just look at the news. May we be bold to do our part in love as the Lord leads us. Shalom!

That's funny, I too always use double digits on the microwave timer. I often use 11,22 or 33 seconds. There's one recipe that takes 3:33 on power level 3, and it's perfect! Is that OCD or autism?

I am also a self-diagnosed autistic. Before I knew, I masked unconsciously. Now I notice when I'm doing it. A lot of the time I mask deliberately; there very few people that I can be authentic with. Most are far too judgmental, in my experience. At least in a Christian school, people TRY to be kind to others. Public schools are not so kind.

The points you make at ~ 5:30 or before and after is something I'm running into now... Im searching for SOMETHING, idk what, but now there's things (posts, videos, articles, etc.) are all coming up at certain times. its so strange. Also the "getting things done while getting things done near rhe end. Thats a steuggle to deal with. Well Wishes.

Sorry, realized later I gave a wrong time frame spent on this project so far. I probably spent an hour at least sewing on the buttons. So, about 1 1/2 hours so far on this project.
