Yeah, I have four, three SCX24s (one is the Betty and I left it stock and try not to drive it too much) One has the patina 66 C-10 hardbody and one is the other is basically stock C-10 lexan body. The FMS also switches out to a lexan Betty body which helps it perform awesomely! I really only drive them on the backyard courses, they don't do too well out where I run the 1/10 rigs! @ yeah it snowed at the cabin yesterday, unfortunately we are back in the valley for work 😩

It's not really too special, just a house that looks like a cabin on a half acre lot. The rock pile is what I've been gathering on the lot, I still need to plan to do something cool with them. The ramp was made from the wood of the old deck that I rebuilt last year, I wanted something that I could use both min and 1/10 rigs on! @@rcarty419 yeah I’m running a single hair tie band on the front, Capra has two hooks on the chassis under the hood in the front that I use to band onto and the other end wraps around the servo. The axles are way heavier than stock ones and there’s 20% overdrive in the front. Definitely gotta show some roll overs, can’t only show the accomplished climbs, right? Yeah, as a matter of fact I'm using modified Redcat Gen7 shocks with Axial SCX10ii springs on them, mediums on the rear and soft on the fronts. The Gen7 shocks are big bore and the springs barely fit over them. I'll need to go a heavier weight oil since they have a little too much flex but seem to be working out okay! Thanks Mark! Yeah those rocks are really grippy which is why it's such a popular spot. Even the stock RTRs look good out there! The Capra has become known in the group as the "cheater Capra" since it does so well now, that's why I was calling out as being a cheater on the overtaking climb! Lol! @CactusCrawlersRC have you ever gone full droop on it or removed the springs or anything I'm considering my next move with it for the same reason it's a great rig but I still can't bring myself to love it like I do the losi

@@CactusCrawlersRC if you want one try now I think they've been discontinued no hobby store's in Australia have any and most websites say product discontinued shame they're a fantastic rig shame it didn't get a better following and support it being imperial instead of metric didn't help

@@rcarty419 yeah they’re stock Capra axles and I got some good used out of them, hard lines for more than a year! I thought of going aftermarket axles but ended up getting a new stock axle housing, it was the cheapest option. If they ever break again I’ll probably go for some metal ones like I have on the Capra!

@@rcarty419 hey Arty, I believe the panels on the H10 are stock and covered with a wrap, Javi did vehicle wraps for work and knows how to do it. The rocks are at a picnic area at the base of the mountain, so there are walking paths everywhere. They do have comps there every once in a while but it’s pretty knarly stuff, we’ve also run into rattlesnakes out there! Thanks for watching brother, glad you liked the video!

Thanks Mark! Yeah the dual motor is supposed to be the cool new thing in comp crawling, instead of dig you can use the esc to lock up one set of wheels front or rear! You can also use the programing of the radio to make one set spin faster or slower rather than overdrive or underdrive, it should be interesting to see! @@davelier9572 hi Dave, it was some time ago and I really swapped the body so I could be more aggressive when crawling and didn’t have to worry about scratching up the freshly painted Phoenix body. I can’t remember if performance improved all that much but I’m sure the lighter body and lower cg had helped!

Dang Brent, that's pretty cold and the wind just makes it worse! As you could tell some of those guys were wearing shorts so the weather was pretty warm. It's starting to cool down a bit but nothing like what you've got going on! I figured you would like that 6x6 rig, it reminded me of yours when I saw it Lol! Hi Bob, I'm fortunate enough to have my buddy call me whenever the group wants to get together. He said that he keeps an eye out on a few Facebook groups to see when the next events are: North Valley Crawler Crew and AZG6 are a couple and Az Scale Trail Runner for sorca events. Most times nobody can decide on when and where until the night before!
