Or you could have someone buy a house and upgrade it entirely. Only be in 3 or 4 years and done all the upgrading of the full property, and then have a drastic change of circumstances through no fault of their own, and have to sell up. It happened to us. It's not as black and white as the presenter is saying. Every family's circumstances are different. Every house gets different attention by one or more families.
Agreed! I did say in the video rent rent rent etc so I'm speaking about B2L homes / none local landlords - quick refurbs and maintenance etc - the above story you mentioned i believe is also true I am sorry to hear regarding circumstances and of course this happened. If viewing a home and I can see family and children there this makes me happier compared to empty / unfurnished / tenanted. Appreciate I am stood in the family home so i really try to make the point about the heart being in the home for generations and this being a good positive thing! 🙏🏻
