Use the repair option in the WoT launcher. It'll search for not base game documents and will delet those to "make the game work again".

Yes, plus unless you actually post a replay with this installed and someone reports it, they have no idea you're using it, Wargaming just doesn't give a shit. plus looking at the mods menu in the game i think it might be Wargaming itself who are providing this on the sly.
