I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving ❤ Heres an aussie favourite of mine ANZAC slice Ingredients 1 1/4 cups plain flour 1 1/4 cups rolled oats 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup Coles Shredded Coconut 150g butter, chopped 2 tbsp golden syrup 1/2 tsp Coles Bicarbonate Soda 2 tbsp boiling water Method Place oats, brown sugar, flour and coconut in bowl Mix together and set aside until needed Melt butter, golden syrup, and water then stir through bicarbonate of soda Pour the liquid over the dry mixture and stir to combine Press firmly into a lined baking tin and bake at 180°C/350°F until lightly golden for about 15 to 20 minutes Cut into squares and serve , store in an airtight container.

My favorite would have to be a homemade chocolate cake ❤
