Was that a vacuum you had over the pail at the beginning of the video, in order to collect any dust from the plaster?

G tape everything..,. That way when water finds a way in(screw holes) the tape will trap it and rot the wood faster. Smart! Engineered obsolescence

@@renoguy25 i mean, the guy jumped into the trailer instead of just dropping it in. the intention to save it is there and both of us don't know what they did after the video cuts out.

Stupid.... nobody looks or cares. If they do I charge accordingly. Also they make chrome sleeves for pex that looks great. Having threaded joints in walls is also stupid.

Always build deck at least 2 inches from bottom of door. This prevent rain and snow from getting to your floor. Big snow area I would do at least a step.

Hot glue horseshoe shims in a few low spots at elevation. Use a spike roller to break surface tension . Most important is that you have the right amount of water in your mix

Rarely,, you have to cut off the inside for an inwards curve but in over 10 years I've only had to this a couple of times with caps. I've done lots of inside curves on pavers though and this an excellent method.

  • @jamesnm21

Hollow block is easier to set because there's nothing in the center to cause rocking, which sucks. You just tap the corners down and you're good to go. You don't need lifter handles because they're hollow. Pins might be better than lips but they take more time to install, which sucks. An 8 inch hollow core block still weighs 81 pounds but builds the wall faster so filling with gravel doesn't add much time overall. Whatever block you use, proper installation is necessary for a quality result.
