There was the dunkwall and a small Rolling mud but other than that a pretty clean course

Hi mate, what’s the rules on the resistance setting on the ski erg and rower ?
You can set it to whatever you want before you start. But once started you can’t change it
@@gwellz thanks for the reply, so you can have it on resistance 1 if you want ?
@@lean2281 yeah you can if you like. But you will have to do quite a high RPM to get the distance moving which could spike your HR and make the subsequent stations harder
@@gwellz definitely mate, what would you say was the best number to go for ?
@@lean2281 I went straight to 10. Slow and steady pulls to keep HR under control. Best try different settings in training. See what gives the best performance without trying you out
