I did manage to get it to stop auto-ejecting, hasn't happened since. I had the ps4 placed on the ground, near a very powerful voltage stabilizer. Instead, I placed the ps4 on a wooden table, farther away from the stabilizer, and the auto ejecting ceased If you're not getting the eject button to work at all, then maybe the metal strip, connecting the plastic eject button to the gold plate on the board has moved out of place. It's very simple to fix but requires you to open the ps4, voiding the warranty.
