Apologies for the late reply; I was a bit busy. Thank you for the suggestion! You’re right, pulling data from the system and storing it as a CSV file is a good approach. Once the data is in CSV format, you can easily connect it to Power BI and create a real-time dashboard. If you get access to an API from the system, you can fetch the data directly into Power BI, which will also allow you to create dynamic dashboards. Also, if you could share some sample data via email, I will be happy to work on it and create an awesome dashboard using Power BI. Thanks again for your input
