This video is CRAP because it doesn't fully explain how to insert it by showing the tampon being pushed out of the insertion device and you need lubricant for inserting the tampons. I think people should sue tampon makers who don't adequately teach girls to insert their tampons

Stayfree ultra thin overnight maxi's with wings are the best for preventing leaks and are discreet and they are fast and easy to change and I refused to use tampons. They came with cardboard applicators with no instructions and I pushed one through the tough cardboard end and the tampon was SHREDDED and I don't think they should be on the market. Use vaginal CUPS that are washable and reusable and way cheaper than tampons and no cotton left behind

i did it first try js by sitting on the sink and facing the mirror. if u have to, get the applicator wet with some water bc it slides in much easier. ask if u need help w anything else
