Arkansas Youth Hunt was this weekend. Eli and I took our nephew, Andre, out for his first hunt ever. Eli took him to do a little target practice at 50 yards that morning. Today we're cooking some discadas on the disco! We love this meal, especially when we have people over. It feeds a lot of people and it is soooo good. It's not the healthiest meal but we all need a cheat day! Hog Hunting at Boar Creek Ranch!

It was an awesome experience to go hog hunting at Boar Creek Ranch in Tennesse Colony, TX. Eli had the opportunity to shoot and kill two hogs and our friend Mike killed one also! We're planning on going back so I (Abby) can shoot one. We had a great time and met some wonderful people. We loved Boar Creek Ranch and we'll definitely be going back!
