Another piece of advice for selling your home top dollar is to take down personal items, pictures mainly. They want to see themselves in your old home not see it as your house. It really worked when we moved.

Ohhh just what I needed to watch while I drink my coffee so I can get up and do some good cleaning after that caffeine boost hits! 👍🏻 I have all stainless in my kitchen as well and I use all non toxic or homemade cleaners and have for years! I love the azure standard line or dish soap and cleaning line. Works so well and all non toxic. I love their laundry stain liquid and I use it on my cloth diapers.

Good morning to you from this Mom of 6 here right outside of Houston! Thank you for the motivation, I just love your channel! I use the Weiman stainless steel & (for my glass cooktop) the cooktop cleaner too. I have majority non-toxic cleaners here also, but those 2 work awesome! I mean Dawn IS safe for animals, so I look at Dawn as "safe". I have the same goals as you regarding the food & making things from scratch! Also, I will be trying to make things more "simple", not every meal has to be so crazy, LOL! I love all of the content you have, I am excited for you in all of your new family ventures ahead! Love the idea of doing a gratitude journal during breakfast. One caution: we planned to stop after 2 kiddos, and now we have 5. Your plans sometimes get interrupted by Gods plans, so stay flexible. Good luck in 2024!

I start by picking out my absolute yes items first. Because once I see the pile of keep items I already have, it's easier to say no to maybe items.
