This one of my fave spots, getting the Rotti and curry appetizer with the noodles and bbq and braised pork. For some reason that area of Fullerton and Anaheim has some unique spots. There is a Chinese BBQ up the street, its like Korean bbq but its Chinese meats and Chinese sides which is totally different taste but same Korean cook it yourself style. Also up the street from here is a Mexican spot that was Kobe Bryant's favorite Mexican food spots in OC, his wifey was from Fullerton so that place was his jam, they even have a Kobe meal. ALso on beach but in westminister is Baos hog, check that out no regrets.

I love a good banh Xeo! There’s so many restaurants to choose from but I haven’t been to this place yet. Live here for over 3 yrs and still haven’t try all the restaurants lol

The cha lua is a turn off for me considering a restaurant serving cha lua, chef is lazy to cook. I dont go to restaurants to pay for cha lua, something I can buy on my own for fast food.

Do NOT waste your money. Everything is overpriced and nothing tastes good. The portions are "ridiculously" super small. Total ripped off. Even eat the food is free I would not eat it.

I love banh cuon. I usually order from Tay Ho in the SGV and I prefer the cha lua just because it makes me nostalgic. This place is a little too pricy for me but I like the idea of customizing each roll. Oftentimes, the blanched bean sprouts, herbs and cucumber are on the side so I do like the idea of rolling them up in the rice roll so that you get all the flavors together. Also, I don't like when the nuoc cham is too sweet. I actually prefer more vinegar and fish sauce umami in my sauce.

Please try Sasha Deli. Its very authentic despite the name. I think the name hurts them. They barely speak english. Its on Bolsa and the bread is a great texture. Balanced proportions. And its a place very few reviewers have reviewed if any

Best fish Tacos Re Los Cojitas #2 in Tustin. The red salsa in the squeeze bottles is a must. Also the fish burrito a d chicken burrito. Lots of articles have been written on this fish Taco. Also a good fish taco at MI Casa costa mesa. I mentioned in another comment. Fish tacos must be fried fish!

There is a place for Americanized Mexican. Please try MI Casa in Costa Mesa. Most things are just OK except for the hard Shredded beef tacos and their chips and salsa which is free. The salsa is polarizing. It's a runny tomato sauce. Ask for the the secret Atomic Habeneo Salsa. Beans and rice are awesome. You better like cheese if you dine here. Although not authentic, the crispy beef hard tacos are one of the tastiest things in Orange County! Another polarizing dish are Strips and Cheese from the shop at the Huntington Beach Pier. It's literally shredded cheese thrown on tortilla strips. It's not even melted. It's so good though with the sweet salsa it's served with. It sounds so weird, but it works and it's a locals favorite. I believe the place is called Dwights. It's right at the pier

Please get the falaffel wrap at Wholesome Choice Irvine. It's at the last food stall on the very left next to the sweets. Blows this one away. By far.

When you get back, try the smoked pork chop sandwich at Mattern Deli in Orange. Trying to point you guys in the direction of hidden gems

Love the taste of their food. Love the blistered egg roll skin. They have reduced meat and portions and it's over priced now. What a shame.

Struggling with Beef Pho since Pho Go closed. Pho 79 is such small portion now. Pho Holic is great but never can find parking. Why do people,charge so much for 2 egg rolls everywhere now? Hope you find a good place and review.

The first and second visits were good. The third visit was so-so, Their signature bluefin tuna seems deterioate but the fourth visit was bad. Really bad. My son had to vomited after having raw fishes from here. The business owner is quite young and focuses on RUclips for marketing. The quality of the raw fish isn't as fresh as depicted in the video. We ate $39 per person lunch ayce.

Those two pieces probably cost 25 bucks. You should have cut into smaller pieces. Agree that their guac is great. But the chicoron has a tough skin. Their whole rotisserie chicken for 9 bucks is insanely good. For Chichron go to Tacos Los Reyes in Orange. Wow. Also the buche is insane I don't like chorizo but love it there. It has a unique clove taste. Carnitats is awesome, but I always get the chicoron as it's crunchy. The refried beans are the best in OC. They use real lard in them. The salsa is really good as well

Love how you tried an obscure place! For chicken, you should try Crack Shack. For sandwiches, the Cortinas Special at Cortinas anaheim. The ratios are perfect and the bread is unique. The Pastrimi Dip at The Hat. Wow. The chew on the bread a d the am unt of pastrami! Finally, go to Wholesome Choice Supermarket in Irvine. In the prepared food section,go to the stall on the far left next to the sweets. Don't fall for the free gyro samples across from them. Not that good. Order the falafel wrap. I don't even like falafels but love this sandwich. They texture of the falafel and the combo of ingredients they put in the wrap. You probably have had nothing like it
