Hypo or Hyper, both the conditions are like skating on thin ice,but hypoglycemia surpass for its mental state. One who has suffered once with hypoglycemic episode become panic even when thinking about it. When sugar drops catecholamin mechanism become vigil,adrenaline is pumped in to blood stream. Though it rises sugar,make heart race,and you feel cranky and anxious. He will never delay his food and eat more than he need and condition become something like "out of frying pan into fire " Thank you for giving an interesting presentation and I am so much impressed with the way you have suggested the management. Diabetes is a disease where the patient has to be knowledgeable about what he has to do about it. No other disease patient's education is so important. Evidence strongly support that physiotherapy play a significant role in management of Diabetes by improving strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and complications particularly neuropathy.
