Goddamn white people. If your idea of good food is an effectively unseasoned chicken, you might as well save yourself the trouble and snack on some corn starch. It’s a lot cheaper, and actually has a taste.
If you're eating your typical industrialized chicken! This is a preserved breed from the 60s when farmers fought big ag companies to keep them from industrializing them. Pasture-raised, longer growing time, and better meat that actually tastes like chicken once use to due to its intramuscular fat. You don't need all the sauces, but it is certainly welcomed. :) Our idea of good food is nutritional food, because that's where the wholesome flavor comes from.
Just salt and pepper? Thats a missed opportunity to add actual flavor.
Our chicken actually has flavor! That's why salt and pepper is all you need to really taste why french farmers in the 60s fought big agriculture companies to keep them from being industrialized. They have more intramuscular fat than your normal chicken, delivering an actual chicken taste that we once lost. In addition, a preferred recipe is only further elevated by the Poulet Rouge! At which point, it's chef's recommendation ;)

Talk with Dan Walter in TX and join forces as carbon has to be replenished in dirt. Livestock has to be free of pesticides, antibiotics, hormones and vax- mRNA’s for beef, chix and pork. You must verify to end users as Dan does. No more feeding corn and soy. Monsanto genetic corn is crap but all corn is poisoned by the round up spray mandates from other China run farmers as it’s airborne and waterborne thus unfortunately no corn is glyphosate free unless third party tested which you guys must test and advertise as such……gotta do that as no others can if you have what you say you have. It’s as impt as antiobiotic / hormone free chix to be purchased by savy AMERICANS bc you can not trust the food industry now China owned and run nevertheless any grocery store. Carbon dioxide is not the issue in fact it is helping green the planet. I’m all for regenerative farming. Please stop the bs.
Our atmosphere has always contained some carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses -- nature designed it that way. They do play a critical role by trapping heat from the sun and using it to keep the earth warm and able to sustain life. When the carbon cycle is in balance, carbon dioxide is emitted into the atmosphere, then returned to its source in an ongoing pattern. Our point is that industrial, degenerative ag practices disrupt that balance, killing soil life and releasing too much carbon dioxide into the air. Today, carbon dioxide levels in our atmosphere are higher than ever. By understanding and working with the carbon cycle through regenerative agriculture, we can put the excess to good use by putting it back in the soil.
@@JoyceFarms carbon dioxide level’s today I’m told are about 400 parts per million. Those numbers have in the past been much higher. So your statement that , Today carbon dioxide levels in our atmosphere are higher than ever. Is an untrue statement. Therefore either your sources of information are incorrect or simply lying.
I have been buying this chicken for many years now in NC. Could you please tell me how old the chicken is before you cut? Compared to regular chicken.
Thank you for the comment! Our Poulet Rouge® Chickens grow to be 12 weeks of age before they are processed in our facility. This makes them double the grow-out time you would normally see with the cornish hen, or commercial chickens. This gives our chickens more time to develop flavor and texture.
