🇲🇺 Bol Renversé / Mauritian Magic Bowl 😋
- 500g chicken
- 10 shrimp (optional) - cut in cubes, marinated and cooked like chicken
- 2 onions 🧅
- 2 carrots 🥕
- 3 bunch bok choy 🥬
- 150g baby corn 🌽
- 50g rehydrated dried shiitake mushrooms 🍄
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Coriander to garnish (optional)
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 6 tbsp oster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 600 ml water (I used the water in which the mushrooms were soaked in)
Chicken marinade:
- 1 tsp salt 🧂
