I'm watching this and I just can't take it any more. First of all and most importantly, violins do not belong in this song. That's number one, number 2. He's in standard tuning, this song was recorded just like all of the other Alice in chains songs 1/2 step down (for a reason), Billy doesn't care. the introduction is too long. I could pick it apart more but the fact is that I have a RUclips channel with no content right now. I can't wait to do this song and see the reaction. Billy strings is great playing bluegrass and maybe some other stuff but he obviously hasn't done the research. All of these things matter folks. Did he not do his research or just take the easy way out and do it in standard tuning. Am I a little jealous, yeah.

As many of you said, AIC’s Unplugged “Nutshell” is the pinnacle of what it means for one to “feel something” from music. With that said.. this version was simply brilliant. The violin was absolutely haunting, would have loved to here the added piece alongside Layne. We are blessed to have such wonderful musicians in our world.
