    Hi, may I check with you on the following points: 1. How to invite external people (vendors / customers) into the portals? 2. In the second example the contract renewal list, was that SharePoint List? 3. You did not show us the interface between SharePoint with ERP, for example how the new vendor was created in ERP upon the review / approval internally.

In regards to your questions: 1- You can find a lot of information from Microsoft here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/external-sharing-overview 2- Yes, that was a SharePoint list 3 - As we integrate with many ERPs, I don't focus on any specific integration. Which ERP are you using?

    I have an issue with the microsoft store's hosting of your videos. appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/web-apps/dynamicpoint.dynamicpoint_portals?tab=Overview On this page if you play this video on Chrome with the ublock extension, it will play this video plus two other videos in the background. This makes it impossible to listen to except on youtube.
