Hubbie and I went on Thursday, it was lashing down with rain and we both found it really disappointing. Think the weather put everyone off so there was no atmosphere, the store owners all looked fed up. Think it needed music playing to give it some Christmas cheer. We both came home feeling really flat. Such a shame really

i used to buy old ladies bloomers from the market here, and wear them at work.

Very interesting and steady log duration shots allowing the viewer to take in the detail permitted by the HD quality. No flitting left and right/up and down - well done! Pity about the inappropriate music - I had to turn it off. I would have preferred the general background noise, of the event (and fireworks), even if it did include the drone. I've watched some of the past years videos and you would think that they could find something more christmassy than tractors - not a shot of bunting or tinsel on them, to be seen. However, it's a novelty to see Buckie show some life, as it is always dead when we come up in the Summer to tend to my relatives graves at the Cemetery next to the Seafield Hospital. Beautiful part of the world. Thanks for the video.

Hi Adam, the statue on Talbot Road depicts a mermaid and is based on a real life girl from Blackpool when it was constructed
