If you eat international dark chocolate, ( good for the brain) it has less sugar. I met plenty of cast members at WDW that managed their diabetes by eating healthy things like greens and lean meat. ( and then there were OUR other friends like Mike [Motor 4] at All Star Resort, that I gave him the tools to eat healthy & clean. But he had to have his sugar. Yes, there are some sweet things you can eat. 😊
