Before I get into the episode, let me say that the set up looks amazing. Can’t wait to see the studio once it’s done. All the topics were right on point but prioritizing self care & leaning on my community are the two that I’m struggling with but definitely working on!!! 🤎

The cultivate a tribe, for me would be one of the most difficult steps for me to take. As a woman I find it difficult to cultivate and maintain friendships with other women. I've been married a long time, and have focused more on my marriage than creating bonds with my sisters.

This video was spot on. My closest friends of over 40 years are near and dear to me. Each one of them play a different role and that’s the beauty of friendship. We don’t talk/ text everyday but, when we connect it’s like we been in contact daily. I too live in NC and I am from CT. I have a small group of friends here and they each have their roles as well. I am sure I mentioned this before but, I work in healthcare. I made it my business to come home after work to a place of peace, that is one of my self care treats to myself. I buy flowers every week (if someone gives them to me that’s a bonus 😀) and I do weekly ice feet soaks and relax. This was such a great video, I could go on 😀, just love the vibe you gave. Thanks 🌹

I certainly struggle with forgiving myself for some of the things I've allowed to take place in my life. A memory may come up from ten years ago, and Im faced with healing a part of myself and my past that I hadn't even realized was a problem. Thank God for revelation, but ooh wee is it heavy!!
