@@BrettBraddock yes you would grab the public link to your Google form, and you can place a link from your website to the Google form, which after submitting will prompt for payment. Yes you can take that same google form link and make a short URL and put it inside a QR code. When someone scans the QR code they would be able to submit the forms and payment on a mobile device.

When you connect your PayPal account if someone makes a payment to you the money will go instantly to your PayPal account. You will get an email and see it in your PayPal transaction history. When you accept payments through a partner platform they always come through as goods and services, so as such PayPal will take their goods and services fee and there is no cost to your customer. Payable Apps adds an additional small app fee at the time of each transaction which is outlined here: www.payableapps.com/pricing Generally we suggest marking up your pricing by 4-5% to cover the fees or you add a convenience fee in the add-on to pass on costs to the customer if you wish.

If you need to let sellers split it across several cards, you may need to setup a form where they can choose multiple partial payments. Each payable order / form submission is able to have one payment.

@@immigrationunlimited once you connect Square to act as your payment provider, each time a customer makes a payment the transaction will appear in your square account. As the seller you connect your bank account to your square account, and square typically syncs the money once per day, and it arrives in your banks in 1-3 days.

Kind of - To do this most customers will setup two forms. A deposit form that lists the down payment amounts only, and then you can make another form that you use yourself to send out to collect the second or final payment. Some sellers will fill out the second form when the item was delivered themselves, which will trigger the email to the buyer for the second payment. Sadly not automatically with a date selector. You would need to ask the user in a drop down question on your form how many days they have selected. eg. 1 Day - $10 2 Days - $20 3 Days - $30 But you can still use a date question to to ask start and end date.

@@josephstrattard4068 Easy - You just need to login to your payment provider (eg. PayPal, Stripe, Square) and click refund from there. The refund will be detected and update in your Google sheet.

So you are correct that the way it works is registration is split into 2 steps. The first step is form submission, and the second step is payment of the choices from that submission. Sadly we are not able to block the form submission until after a payment is received. Most sellers prefer this method, because in a way it allows you to never loose the information from an interested customer. It allows you to potentially follow up or offer a promo code to those that did not submit payment. We add columns to the spreadsheet so you can see who has paid easily and who has not. You can add a filter on the status column to just see people who have paid if needed. You can also turn on payment reminders and we will send an email after 24 hours, to help remind anyone who has not paid they missed a step. Hope that helps answer your question. 👍

Hey there, The contact details are required for us to collect on that page and passed on to the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Square). Sadly we are not able to pre-populate that information from data that is collected in the form. Once the user has gone to a check-out page once, we do save that contact information in a cookie, so if they come back and submit your form again, they should not need to re-enter it on the second, third, forth... payment. While it is a second entry of the email and name, we also use it to ensure we have matched the correct order up with the form submission.

Yes - That's Possible in a couple of ways: If a user does not select an answer with a money amount in it, the order will come out "Free". So if you had a required multiple choice question in your form like: What is your payment status for the course: - I have already paid in full. - Pay for advanced course now - $200 - Pay for basic course now - $100 This way after you submit the form, if they choose the "I have already paid in full" option because there is no money amount, no money or charges will be added to their order. Yes - You can connect PayPal, Stripe, or Square as a payment provider of your choice. What we would typically recommend in that situation is to just create 2 or 3 forms. The first is the registration form with the application fee. Then you would send out a mass email to those accepted, BCC each of them, include a link to the new (very short and simple form) that would be for the final payment. 👍

Hey there, if you are on the checkout page in test mode and entering a test card. It automatically detects that test card is an American card so asks for a zip code. When you turn off test mode, and a customer enters an AU card number it will automatically switch to ask for a postal code.

Yes! - Anyone with any email, be it yahoo, or anything can use the form. Just make sure when you are setting up your Google Form, you go into the Google Form Settings Tab (On the Google Form Edit Page). Then Responses -> Collect Email Addresses and Choose "Responder Input". Also make sure you do not have anything turned on in the "Requires Sign In" section of the form. The only thing is if you have a File Upload on your Google form, it will require a Google account.

We do not have a solution specific to Google Sites just yet. However you can always add a link from your Google Site to one or more Google Forms for registration or ordering.

@@gingeroriginaldesigns - Hey there. The contact details will be the customer or buyers contact information. It is pre-populated with your information only because we save it in a cookie so it does not need to be re-entered each time. So if you completed the form in test mode you will see your contact info pre-populated there. A new customer would see it empty or their contact info.

@@eversienna - Thanks for the feedback and recommendation. You are correct that today all subscriptions start on the day the initial payment was entered. We sadly don’t have the ability yet to specify a future start date. The only other option today is to have a registration form and then a payment form. Where you don’t take payment on the registration form, but wait until closer to the start date to send a link to the payment form. However we will keep this feature in mind as we see how it could be helpful to sellers.
