How do i get the glasses i have Smart glass company that is just starting up how do i get these glasses
There are magnetic spheres inside your screen right now that respond to your finger. They fully understand waveguide technology. It's already very old. Bob Lazar mentions the waveguide in the alleged alien but most likely human made saucer that he worked on. Put energy through a pipe and it comes out compressed depending on what is coming in
Wanna send me a pair to review? I'd like to try them as a camera monitor - assuming they have usb c in this could be game changing for photographers!
Cant wait to see when Meta adopt this waveguide optics into their AR devices. The future of AR looks promising. I hope in another 10 years almost everyone will own an AR glasses. That will be totally awesome

the question is whether its userful or not.
Its the only way to make real AR glasses, not for movies but for interacting and overlays without blocking your vision and being fat and thick, this video is old and i think there are glasses with this technology already out, here is a video about one, its asian so the wave guide is probably a copycat ruclips.net/video/TLGBoM-hax8/видео.html I want to know which models use the original tech, ill buy one

Will I be able to use these for basic screen projection like Viture, Nreal and Rokid? My use case is for gaming. I'd want a solution to output Nintendo Switch docked, like the Rokid Air dongle.
Lumus sells our waveguide tech to OEMs. Our customers do have plans to include gaming.

I suffer from night blindness which means I struggle to navigate dimly lit rooms/streets at night. To remedy this I open my phone camera app and simply look through the phone to see where I'm going as the camera sensor lets in so much more light than my own eyes (no flashlight needed). If you could do the same with these glasses then that would be an absolute game changer for people who struggle in low light environments!

When are you expecting to release your newest version of AR smart glasses to the public? How much will they cost?
HI Katriel. We make the waveguide optics and sell to companies that sell the glasses to the consumer. Lumus' customers will determine the price.
Can you make it larger than 50 FOV?
Yes. Our technology can achieve 80 degree field of view. The architecture for this is in development.

Ive seen how the glasses are meant to look now, but how are you going to implement 6dof into it? Because a still imagine that will hard follow your movements will lead too motion sickness
Hi. We design and customize the optics (reflective waveguides and projection module). So the system level decisions will ultimately be up to our customers (large OEMs). Hope that helps.

@@xXRainOfArrowsXx From what I have read, Lumus deals primarily with large OEMs. Quanta is a partner of theirs that works with select companies to whitelabel Lumus based devices. sorry I can't provide more information than that.
