Yup, it is a seasonal skin, so it means it will show up in the shop sometimes, it is not available with bling and will mostly appear during eSport events

The 6 600 points includes all the free points from every supercell game that do these free quests/point system

I am pretty sure the only thing you can really do to at least try to get there is play from each of the games from supercell that has missions to complete like brawl stars clash of clans clash royale and squad busters. That would most likely get you around 300-400 more points but unfortunately it most likely wont be enough because some of these missions do take up to a month or a couple of days
it’s literally impossible to do it free to play
Finnaly someone talks about the "FREE" part of this. Also what supercell games have weekly missions?
All but Brawl Stars. That is Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Squad Busters, Hay Day and Boom Beach don't have missions.
