@@nashvillekatsfishing Agreed. I’ve started to just check Old Hickory’s generation schedule online, and if I see 2 or more generators listed to run for that day, I’ll head up there and usually can comeback with a few for a trip. Not easy as it used to be though.
I don’t know why people say you can’t use frozen skips. They do fine for me. Catch them in the spring.use them all summer.

I’ve fished Priest a few times for cats. I’ve heard there is blues in there but I’ve never had any luck
@@nashvillekatsfishing used to be good flathead fishing there, but I haven’t fished it in 30 years.
Definitely must always have your skipjack rod. Another lesson I've learned this year, work on your motor all summer so during the catfish season you're ready.
My season is 12 months😂

What part of PA? That’s where I’m originally from. Pittsburgh area
