Is anyone aware of a series of Glass Domes for "glamping" that were along the Arroyo next to the ranch? They were billed as having been associated with the ranch itself.

I know I said "tabernacle" multiple times. I meant to say "wards." Churches belong to Christians, and the LDS "churches" that are on every corner do not get to hold that title - they are wards, I know. Sorry for the faux pas!

It was a Sunday - lots of places were closed - that place is like a ghost town on Sunday. If you go, go on a Saturday. There are so many places to see / things to do.

Oh my gosh, you should see the inside! It's the most insane thing I've ever seen. And I recently heard that due some financial issues, he's going to be liquidating a lot of his collections and having to sell the main house ... and possibly even the second (middle) house too !!!!

He typically only allows visitors a few days per year ... the weekend of Nevada Day. From what I recently heard, he's in the process of selling one of the three homes ... the two story home, the most epic one of them all - and liquidating as much as he can, so I don't know that he'll be doing any more open houses ... ever! But if he does do an open house again this year (2017) I'll be sure to go!

Really enjoyed seeing Caliente & its architecture! One thing I really like about you tube is one can see all of the old architecture from all around the world, along with the terrain & landscape! Thanks for sharing!

I know ... I love You Tube also! I get to live vicariously though others, learn stuff, and get ideas of places I'd like to visit as well! Glad you liked it. I didn't have much time there though ... I'm planning to return at some point and get better acquainted with the town, the people there, and the history thereof.

Great video Shannon & I am glad I got your reply from one of your videos as I had somehow lost this channel & AA channel which I subscribed to after the two of you were with Adam the Woo a few years ago! I followed your hubby's adventures in Florida kyacking & adventures with you! But everything is back & subscribed to & I clicked on the bell as well as so many you tubers say to do lol I also am watch videos from your other channel as well & really do enjoy what I have seen on the Rivera Hotel & the debate video & will continue to catch up on that channel as well as AA which I lost as well but have resubscribed! Thanks for sharing & take care!

I'm sooooo not on the ball keeping up with comments, am I? Sheesh! Thanks so much for the kind words. Glad that you were able to re-subscribe. I enjoyed my time in St. George. It was not my first time there, but my first time doing any filming. It's a gorgeous little town, rich in history. Looking forward to going back, but NOT in the dead of summer! LOL So, you found me and Chris after our Adam the Woo joint venture? We've done a few vlogs with him. We did one in downtown Sanford, FL (at the wall of Imaginagion -- super fun time for us) ... then we met up with him last spring when Chris and I did a day at Disneyland and Adam was still living in So Cal. We had lunch with him at Roscoes Chicken and Waffles. Then, last summer, as he was leaving his CA home, he drove through Vegas and we met up and played around with his (at that time) new drone, we had lunch at the Peppermill Restaurant, and we walked past the Riviera hotel and spent a short time at Circus Circus. (he hates Las Vegas, by the way ... and who can blame him? LOL )

Hi there! Hey, glad you found my channel and I'm glad that you like my videos. I'm not very funny or entertaining (unfortunately) but I love to go, well, to whatever places I can find - strange and out of the way places that most people don't know about. I have two channels - the other one is my original channel, listed under my name, Shannon MacLean. I'm not posting much on my other / original channel any longer, but I do have a few "adventure" videos on my other channel that you may find interesting - videos that I am not able to move over to this channel. So check out my other channel too .... and you may also want to check out my husband's channel - Aimless Adventures Vlog ... he is actually pretty entertaining, , and he has a LOT more content than I do. And right now, he has a contest going on. Thanks again! :-)
