      We agree that an AllDolly is a very capable tool, especially for specific use. Our close interactions with LiftCart customers, including appliance servicers, installers, and home builders/renovators, reveals they are very satisfied with the LiftCart's much broader range of performance and functionality, especially in cases where ovens are in a corner/against a wall or close to a kitchen island where the AllDolly may have limitations. I use Alldolly for all wall oven projects. But came across the oven with almost no clearance on the right side where it almost touches the wall. I haven't tried my Alldolly yet but thinking it would be much easier to use a Liftcart, which I don't have and that's why I'm here researching alternate options for Alldolly. Harbor freight lift table is too heavy to carry around (over 80 lb), but Liftcart being 51 lb is an attractive though pricey option. I wish they offered discounts. ruclips.net/user/shorts0l_L2ngjLvM?si=XQj-1RUF5JK9_NUN

      @@harnick77 We did much research on this topic before committing to the development and launch of our LiftCart. At the time, the most common solutions included an AllDolly (non-lowering/lifting version), a 500-lb. rated Harbor-freight type hydraulic cart, and a drill-powered, 300 lb. rated mechanical scissor lift like Southworth Lift-Tool. Each option had pros/cons and we felt there was an opportunity to introduce an Airsled solution that captured many benefits of these options but recognize that our product may not check every box for every person. The feedback from LiftCart customers, especially appliance servicers, has been overwhelmingly positive and we're happy to be in the solution mix as you evaluate options.

    • @Airsled

      We weren't there for Matt's project but from our comparable experiences, its not too difficult to slightly tilt a tall, heavy, relatively slender load (like a safe) to slide the 3/16" thick air beams underneath. You just need to have adequate manpower support for safety during the tilting process.

    Needed the foresight to build that in during rough in. It happens. Any scuffs on the floor from air sled getting out of balance?

    • @Airsled
      @Airsled 8 месяцев назад

      An Airsled will not create any scuffs. However, if the load dips or leans too aggressively to any one side or corner during the move than the load's outer edge (base) may catch and rub the floor leaving a scuff. For this reason, if moving a particularly heavy load with an Airsled, having a few people available to keep the load steady and in equilibrium will solve the issue. This is what Matt did with his project team.

    • @jimyeats
      @jimyeats 8 месяцев назад

    • @Airsled
      @Airsled 8 месяцев назад

      There's a difference between using an Airsled system to move a 180 lb., relatively compact washing machine (a common application) vs. moving a nearly 1 ton, fairly tall safe (less common application). We think the latter falls into the "particularly heavy" realm and requires the end-user(s) to exercise a higher level of both Airsled and load awareness and understanding to complete the job safely.

    • @jimyeats
      @jimyeats 8 месяцев назад

      @@Airsled My point would be that no one is going to take the 10 minutes to take out your airsled to move a 180lb washer when they can just bring it in since they have two people (which you would need with the airsled anyways). Just playing the devils asvocate here. Also, can the airsled make it over threshold’s?

    • @Airsled

    • @Airsled
      @Airsled 8 месяцев назад

      If the I beam is traveling over a smooth, level, nonporous surface than for sure. However, since you will likely need to position the I beam perpendicular vs. parallel to the Airsled air beams, you may need to use 3/4" plywood to help keep the air beam more rigid and prevent air beam flex.
