Space Channel 5 is an on-rails, rhythm based music game released by Sega and United Game Artists in the early 2000s for the Dreamcast. It's a cult classic, but was never a commercial success. However, this sequel (Part 2) ended up selling over 150,000 units in Japan. This game greatly improves on the original release, with fully 3D rendered backgrounds instead of the static FMV sequences in the original... and a fully realized soundtrack that's catchy and enjoyable. This is the Playstation 2, North American release (titled the "Special Edition") and is played on real hardware.
