My pleasure. Apparently, spleen rupture getting very common these days especially in athletes. After mononucleosis infection, this is one of the reason they are rushed to the hospital fighting for their life's. Also, abdomen pain can be a very early sign of Burkitt lymphoma and usually misdiagnosed but your video covers the majority of the differential diagnosis commonly seen in the hospitals.

A Ruptured spleen is usually a result of injury or direct trauma to the abdomen, usually patients with a ruptured spleen present with LUQ pain and sometimes with left shoulder pain. Sorry if i didn't mention it in the video, and thank you for taking notice of this point. Have a nice day.

You forget to put spleen rupture!!! Isnt that is always one of the differential we would like to rule out especially in a 18 year old with abdominal pain?
