I remember this well!! And I was cracking up the whole time! I loved that the producers actually made the decision to make Mark May leave the set because it was such a huge distraction. They said "because he has a big day" but we all knew why the cut him from the set. And ESPN replaced him on college football final shortly after that, before the next season.

He actually passed out because I was at the game and seen the EMT and they said he passed out so it's not funny

I don't find this funny. How disrespectful is this...a Syrian refugee (he was invited as a guest of Michelle Obama) at the State of the Union Address, in our nation's capitol, falling asleep while the President of his gracious adopted country speaks to millions on live television...and he can't even display the respect and demeanor that the situation warrants. Doesn't he know that his attending the event is an opportunity to display the best manners and attentive support on behalf of the Syrian people? Instead the only message I think anyone received was how uninterested and disrespectful our Syrian guests may all be. Fall asleep, really?! Even if he didn't know his image was being broadcast on live TV everyone in that room was aware of the cameras and knew they could be on television at any moment. As a former soldier, and as a proud American, I am angered at the lack of decorum this gentleman showed.
