    Jed Perl - culture hero! I don't agree with everything he says or writes, but he cares about and can articulate why some things matter - or work in conveying meaning -and why some other things don't. This kind of discernment is essential to the human enterprise. It's also getting scarce.

    what is the title and were can one get a copy of the final report? I fully support a free and independent judiciary. My service as Chair of the Cherokee Constitution Convention Commission lead to the creation of a true Supreme Court.
