I found your interview so informative. My husband has pancreatic cancer and there have been dark times, but in this interview I saw the light. Just understanding the possibilities and hope for the future is so positive. If anything just knowing that the future could be more hopeful for other families is huge. Thankyou so much

Since my mother died due to esophageal cancer at age 36 (life-long healthy non-drinker and non-smoker), I like to keep tabs on the development of treatments and outcomes. I'm glad that Peter is fine after all and took the time to share his story. That said, I feel that the statement about habits was uncalled-for and patronizing. People are humans. Humans have habits. It's literally none of his business how others feed their particular nucleus accumbens, and they aren't mere idiots for it. It's how we function. More especially so, since he's been drinking and smoking for decades himself and at that point, it was obviously not "ridiculous" and "common sense" to him. Don't judge lest you be judged.

Unfortunately, not all of the symptoms and red flags don't necessarily mean that you have barretts or cancer. I've had gastric issues since 1986 and had a Fundoplication in 2012, which only halted things for just over two years. In 2017, I started having problems swallowing the simplest of things, but my GPs weren't worried, but I was and kept returning to the GPs with a worsening problem. In March 2018, I was finally taken seriously after seeing a new GP at the practice. I was put on the NHS 2WW referral path for suspected Lymphoma / Oesophageal / head and neck cancer. I have since been classed as having a benign condition (massive reflux damage, strictures, a Oesophageal fistula, inability to swallow properly, vomiting and regurgitation), and have had endless OGDs, botox and multiple balloon dilations. My future is basically very bleak with a total Oesophagectomy on the horizon, and yet I don't have cancer, but the end is same surgically.

He had ablation in June, and a tumor was then seen in September, which wasn't there in June. Any time you disturb cancer cells, through surgery, biopsy, or ablation, you risk spreading the cancer.

Thank you for this presentation. I was recently diagnosed with HighGrade Serous Ovarian cancer. I have the BRIP-1 mutation which is related to the BRCA gene. It causes ovarian cancer before the age of 70. No one on either my mother’s or father’s side of the family ever had cancer but my grandmother and great grandmother died young and my own mother and her sister lived into their 80s and 90s but both had hysterectomies before the age of 60, so I had no clue. Now my daughters will be tested.

@@BreakthroughCancerthis comment was more explanatory than the entire video. Allowing chemotherapy agents to be more effective at specific locations ( where tumors are) makes sense. Hyperbaric Oxygen has been shown to sensitize tumors to radiotherapy. … No one is using O2 for this today. I’ve spoken to radiologist who participated in the studies in graduate school but don’t know why it’s not available today. Good luck.

This time last year 4 inspirational women, sat in a kitchen to share their personal stories and experiences of ovarian cancer. They used their Powerful Voices to let other women know the signs and symptoms they had experienced and tell us what to look out for. The symptoms not to ignore. Sadly in the months that followed we got the heart breaking news that 2 of those courageous women had passed away. A devastating blow for 2 families and a stark reminder why we must continue to ensure women are diagnosed earlier, and we need more effective treatments. This World Ovarian Cancer Day, join us and use your powerful voice to share the facts and signs around ovarian cancer. And join us to call for more research into ovarian cancer. Let’s Make More Survivors of Ovarian Cancer. RIP Antoinette and Brenda - It was a privilege to know you.

Low iodine in the pregnant women is a main reason for miscarriages and undeveloped baby, reproductive organs ca_cer (breast, ovarian, prostate). For today, the best solution for a healthy thyroid is a brown seaweed extract which cleans the body from heavy metals and supplies the body with natural, safe iodine. This seaweed extract is semi-digested seaweed which is easily absorbed by the body. ruclips.net/video/mrVVWAd5868/видео.html ruclips.net/video/7MPEVDfcXm0/видео.html ruclips.net/video/IfkxGijchRA/видео.html
