    Heres a tip for your vids (in my opinion) start with a statement like Here is a number one mistake people make when hitting back then go on with the info ur giving the vid is really hard to pick up on when you just start from the middle without giving context

    Even though this is a cut clip, what you said is not accurate. You cannot just eat whatever you want just because you have an increase in muscle mass. Look up Dr. Mike Israetel on RUclips. He discusses a lot about nutrition and exercise science. I can tell you are very new to the fitness industry. Just keep researching and learning.

      I will definitely look into this guy, I always love learning new things. Yet, what I said is true. I’m a testimony of it. I didn’t say you could eat whatever you want, I said you can eat more and burn more fat when you increase muscle tissue and increase the amount of mitochondria in each muscle cell.

      ​@muscleuniversitycoaching Honestly, your form isn't bad. The key issues I noticed was that you engaged the bar too soon which kept the bar out in front of you. This caused your your low lumbar to slightly round. It had to round because the initial pull off the floor was from you low back and not your legs. The rolling method for novice and even intermediate lifters tends to cause this.
