Soundproof of Marshall JCM 800 4212 Lead Series 50W 2x12" Celestion G12T-75 Combo (1984) with a terrible play on my side and Spanish comments, but basically is based on clean channel power/previous section sound and same with channel 2

@pabloconcabosch5526 • 36 minutes ago Ni de coña! 😂 nooootasss!!!! 😂😂😂😂 sin Tomás y Lucas no sonaría todo así, que lo que ellos hacen no es ni fácil ni poca cosa, pero gracias, me ves con buenos ojos jajajaja
Really like the sound. And the potato sack grill cloth is awesome. Que lo disfrutes por mucho tiempo!
Hola Yo tengo dos champion 600 toco con violin pero con volúmenes muy bajos. Suenan increible. saludos desde mexico y felicidades buena idea
This sound amazing omg so good perfect best sounding fender amp I've heard EVER I LIKE VERY MACH !!
I just put an 8" Weber ceramic speaker in mine mounted to a pc of birch and use material from the fabric store to match the dark brown. Also changed tubes to Tung Sol. Still want to install the push pull bypass. Much improved. I tried the 6" alnico but it was to bright so i have an extra speaker i cant use.
good playing and video! Thanks!!!
The Jensen worked for me until I tried a 7 1/2" zenith alnico from an antique radio. The amp sounds better in every way possible. If i knew what this amp could deliver with a quality speaker i would never have bought the jenson 6".
I just installed the Weber 6in Sig. Ceramic Magnet speaker in my roland microcube. The speaker is heavy with a a powerful magnet. Buy Weber speakers everyone. Do not mess around with that Jensen Mod stuff because it is not as good. Weber are the end-all. 6inch 15watt (4ohm)ceramic speaker for around 32$ plus around 8 dollars shipping. you cannot beat that. The Weber Alnico in this video is a 4ohm 6inch alnico speaker and it costs 48$ plus 8$ to ship. I am happy with old school ceramic.
You sound quite nice through this amp. I also received a Champ 600 and first changed the speaker cloth, then put some new tubes in. I used a EH12AX7 (new Elextrolux) and an old GE 6V6. It's almost "there" but I think I will give the stock speaker a couple of weeks to open up before deciding on a speaker change. I run a MIA Tele and MIA strat and enjoy the chime in the high notes and warmth in the overall sound with a hint of distortion in the notes with the amp at half power.
Also i think those high dollar pickups in that guitar make a difference.
I think the potato sack is the real secret to making any amp sound good. Amp sounds really good. Those tubes are not so easy to get.
The cloth is gonna wear out in a year.
suwena cohonudow, tiow! de verdad, de coña!!
Nice playing Pedro! Your Champ 600 sounds amazing!
Very nicely done sir. Love the burlap (potato sack) cloth!
Yo tengo uno igual. Le coloqué un Jensen pero no soporta los graves. ¿Cómo podría conseguir un Weber aquí en España? Muchas gracias
Sounds great, best champ I've heard.
Gracias por el video! Realmente notaste muchas diferencias entre el "antes" y el "despues"? Saludos!
How did you like the Weber speaker? What was the main difference (tone) between the stock and mod speaker? Cheers!
@punkeratheart I did this, but I put a Jensen 8" special design in it. I cut the 6 inch hole bigger to match the entire size of the port as seen from the front of the amp and offset the speaker to the left (from the back). I changed the fabric to be more passive as this guy did. Then I replaced the tubes with a 1955 NOS Raytheon 6V6 and a 1960's RCA 12Ax7 and it sounds incredible now. Perfect for 50's rock n' roll! I'm going to make a video of the mod procedure when I do this to another one.
I also like the potato sack ! .......I am going to rip the grill cloth off my Marshall stacks right away and replace em with the potato sack grill cloth !
awesome sound. A lot of work makes me wonder if it's worth it to get the amp?
=) love the potato sack
Excellent clip!! Very informative... and your playing is so fluid and nice too :):)
